DIRECTIONS:

GOLD:
Powder: 1 scoop to hot water, or any type of milk. Mix until dissolved.

Capsules: Take 2 capsules every day with water. Do not exceed 4 capsules a day.

BURN: 1 capsule taken 1 to 3 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.

IGNITE: Take 1 capsule in the morning and if needed 1 mid-afternoon with water. Results may be noticed in 30 minutes. Do not exceed 4 capsules a day.

RUSH: Mix one serving into 8-10 ounces of water.  Shake or stir until dissolved.

BREW EXTREME: Mix one serving into 8-16oz of water or milk until dissolved.
